Pirelli Scorpion Race XC RC, 29" folding tyre - black/Lite

The tyre that has proven itself in the World Cup is back - with state-of-the-art upgrades for the modern cross-country racer.
The new Pirelli RC takes the iconic profile that champions trust and develops it with more volume, a squarer profile, a brand-new compound, and an advanced casing construction.
The new RC is 7% faster than its predecessor and has been designed for speed and control on mixed terrain that defines today's XC racing.
The new RC combines race-proven design and next-generation innovation for absolute confidence and precision.

Key innovations include:

• Larger volume for more comfort and control at high speeds
• Squarer profile for improved stability and more consistent cornering
• New Race XC compound for the ideal mix of grip and low rolling resistance
• New casing structure that creates a balance between low weight and robust durability

LITE
This is a lightweight and supple casing that maximises speed, handling, and ride feel. The LITE construction consists of a 120-tpi nylon casing without additional sidewall protection.
It has been specifically developed for cross-country use and for the lightest bikers.

ProWALL
The ProWALL™ features a nylon sidewall protection that improves puncture safety and handling at low tyre pressures. In combination with various casing constructions, namely 120 and 60 tpi, it is a solid option for XC racing and trail rides.
