Wearing the light on your helmet high up on your head has several advantages. First, it makes you easier to see for drivers on the road. You’re less likely to be missed by parked cars or other things on the road. Second, drivers can see much better where you’re looking thanks to the lighting on your helmet, so they can approach you more easily.

Chips On Board (COB) is an LED construction method that has a number of advantages over more conventional technologies. It allows for a more compact use of space while also delivering higher light intensity, meaning you can be seen from further away. It also results in a more even light pattern. We like to call it our best LED technology at the moment. Lumos Ultra will also be available as MIPS Vesion. This is an additional safety feature built into the helmet to provide extra protection against rotational movements on impact.

It’s our most ventilated helmet to date. We listened to feedback from our customers and paid very close attention to how Ultra channels air through its internal ventilation system. We created three large exhaust outlets in the rear part of the helmet to ensure hot air is pushed out and keeps the rider cool, whether commuting or riding sportily.
