Description
The Waypoint is Wilde’s own carbon gravel fork. It was developed during the further development of the Gravel racer Earth Ship, because the existing carbon gravel forks from Wilde were too stiff and too heavy. At 478 g with an uncut steerer, it is very light and still fully equipped. The fork legs are designed to absorb impacts and keep road vibrations away from the rider, without compromising stiffness or durability. With Three-Pack mounts, internal routing for brake hose and hub dynamo cable, mudguard mounts and ample tyre clearance, it is designed for touring, Gravel and light bikepacking. The Waypoint fits frames with EC34/44 or a straight 44-mm head tube for a tapered fork steerer, and is also suitable for upgrading an existing cross or gravel bike.
