Assos EQUIPE R Men´s Winter Jacket S11 Evo - Black Series

Developed with WorldTour feedback and countless hours of practical testing, the R Winter Jacket S11 EVO is a slimmer, more efficient version of the classic winter jacket. Increased breathability, smoother stretch and improved aerodynamics are retained; at the same time, we removed all unnecessary features and reinforced protection on the sleeves and torso with our CORE Light Softshell. The S11 EVO is lighter, more aerodynamic and more race-oriented than ever. The in-house AIRBLOCK-EVO.888 softshell returns as the main material and blocks precipitation, spray water and icy wind, while actively wicking internal moisture away. An inner lining made of BREATH supports this with PushPull technology, actively moving moisture away from the body and out through the breathable softshell. The innovative struzzoKragen collar construction is also back: it reduces pressure on the neck and regulates the internal temperature to vent excess heat when intensity, terrain and temperatures change.

Featured Fabrics
The main material AIRBLOCK-EVO.888 is an updated version of the in-house softshell from earlier R Winter Jackets. It is windproof and waterproof, but the new membrane is also more breathable and more elastic. Sleeves and stomach use CORE Light, which combines a four-way-stretch knitted fabric, a breathable, windproof membrane and an ECO water repellent to protect against precipitation and move internal moisture away. The underarm area and back panel use the thermal RX textile, a breathable knitted fabric that preserves a warm microclimate.

Construction/Fit
Our AEPD 11 racingFit is an aerodynamic second-skin silhouette, developed with WorldTour feedback to wrap the body in 360-degree compression and stability. The twinDeck construction combines a protective softshell with an ultra-breathable inner layer.

bodySleeve AEPD: A supple, highly elastic construction that sits closely to the body contours and improves aerodynamics as well as Push-Pull moisture management.

zeroSeam Pockets: A clean, seamless pocket construction that securely stores the essentials and eliminates the risk of penetrating spray water. A STABILIZER V11 panel supports and stabilises the contents.

struzzoKragen: A collar with lighter, softer insulation and a comfortable fit. It actively regulates your personal microclimate without having to open the zip and expose your neck to cold air.
