Important product information

The external charging function is not possible in the following cases:

• For all models of the drive unit BDU37YY
• For the drive unit BDU31YY if the Multi-Purpose Port (MPP) is configured as HPP (High Power Port) or if the Multi-Purpose Port (MPP) is configured as a light port and a light with a power of more than 6 watts is active *
• For the drive units BDU38YY, BDU34YY, BDU33YY, if the High Power Port (HPP), the Low Power Port (LPP) and light ports > 6 watts are active at the same time *

* If USB charging is disabled for one of the reasons listed above, the eBike must be restarted to activate the charging function again.
