Original spare part from Bosch eBike Systems from the motor part group.
Since August 2025, there is a new mounting concept for the Drive Units BDU31YY (narrow version or wide version including adapter), BDU34YY and BDU38YY.
The existing frame sleeves are replaced by frame bushings. The frame bushings and the associated screws are backwards compatible with the Drive Units that are still fitted with frame sleeves. The adapter remains unchanged.
It is important to note that for the wide version of the Performance Line SX up to MY26 EB1110000X (BDU3143) / EB1110000Y (BDU3145), the screws of the old mounting solution (EB11900011) should still be used in combination with the new frame bushings (EB1190002H).

This frame bushing kit is suitable for fitting the Drive Units BDU31YY, BDU34YY, BDU38YY with wide mounting. These frame bushings are to be installed exclusively with the associated screw set EB1190002G Drive Unit for frame bushings, wide (BDU31YY, BDU34YY, BDU38YY).
Please note:
The wide version of the Performance Line SX up to MY26 EB1110000X (BDU3143) / EB1110000Y (BDU3145) should continue to be mounted with the screws of the old mounting solution (part no.: EB11900011) in combination with the new frame bushings (EB1190002H).
