Seatposts

At first glance, a seat post is only an inconspicuous connection, it holds a bike and saddle together. But it can do much more! With the help of the seat post, you set the height of the saddle, this is the only way you can pedal conveniently and efficiently. While seat posts for racing bikes should be particularly light and rigid, there are sprung seat posts that improve comfort in the saddle on long trekking tours. A special case is lowerable seat posts on the MTB and even with back problems, the right seat post can remedy the situation - reason enough to take a closer look at them.
